This is our personal home — one we built and love deeply. We ask that you treat it the way you'd treat your own. In return, we promise a space that's clean, well-stocked, and cared for down to the last detail.
All guests and pets must be included in the reservation at the time of booking. No unregistered guests or pets are permitted on the property at any time.
The Woodside A-Frame is part of the Pocono Farms Community, and all guests must be registered before arrival. This is a community requirement.
Dogs are welcome — up to 2 per stay. A one-time pet fee will apply and must be arranged at the time of booking. No other animals are permitted. No exceptions.
We are in a peaceful residential community with neighboring homes nearby. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM every evening.
You're very welcome to enjoy the fire pit, hot tub, and outdoor spaces after 10 PM — we just ask that music and noise levels be kept respectful of our neighbors.
Smoking is not permitted inside the cabin. You are welcome to smoke outdoors. Please dispose of materials responsibly and away from the property.
The entire home will be solely yours for the duration of your stay. We may request access if something needs to be addressed — we will always give advance notice.
There is a security camera monitoring the driveway and main entrance, disclosed per Airbnb policy. No cameras are located inside the cabin.
Both the hot tub and the cedar barrel sauna are operational year-round and will be ready for use on arrival. Please follow posted instructions inside the sauna.
The cabin is part of the Pocono Farms Community. Summer access to the beach, pool, tennis courts, and golf course is included with 6 guest passes per reservation.
Amenity hours and availability are determined by the Pocono Farms community and are subject to change. By booking, you acknowledge that unavailability is not grounds for refund or cancellation.
The cabin is on a septic system. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper — no wipes, feminine products, or "flushable" items. Thank you for helping us care for the property.
